Submission Information

All applications must come through the sponsoring Sea Grant office. Application Deadline: January 25, 2008.

Please submit as much of the application in electronic form as possible (e.g., pdf  [made from a raw file, not scanned] Word, or Excel) either as email attachments or on CD. This is in addition to the hard copies required. The reason for the extra step is that we submit the applications on grants.gov (electronic submission). For letters of recommendation (if you don't have access to the letters), please have your reference send the letter directly either by 1) email to nsgoproposal@seamail.ucsd.edu or 2) using the mailing address listed below.

Please read the fellowship announcement for instructions regarding these required elements.

Please note the suggested name for your files after each item, no spaces or / in the filenames. (The three letter extension depends on what type file you are sending .doc for Word, .xls for Excel and .pdf  for Portable Document Format).

It would be VERY helpful if you would follow this format.
